Help Us Feed Our Hungry Neighbors

More people need help than you think.

Have you ever had to tell your child to drink another glass of water because there just wasn’t any food to eat?

It may be hard to believe, but in our beautiful communities, more than 75,000 of our neighbors live in poverty and face the threat of hunger every day. Over half of them are children and seniors.

The Merced County Food Bank, in partnership with more than 100 local nonprofits, feeds over 41,000 people every month. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we were able to distribute over 5.5 million pounds of food to people in need in our community.
